The a double room had central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television, facilities worked for us. Comfortable beds, the staff were really helpful. Location: the hotel was really close to Köln and a quiet area and tram.

Friendly staff, good value for money, very large rooms with fridge and table, clean room and shower, convenient location, secure to walk from station at night. Nice non-touristic area. Nearby is a local supermarket with nice food and cafes with traditional set-ups and menu. Beautiful area. Free wi-fi all day. By train is only 20 mins from Koln Hbf (central station). It will very much suit group of friends or relaxed couple.

I would improve choice within breakfast menu and include a hot option (possibly for extra cost). Minimize the noise from cleaning in the morning.

My kids wished for more entertainment options specifically designed for children.

Friendly staff. Convenient location for S-bahn (tickets available at nearby kiosk) and access to city centre, quiet location but near to motorway, Just outside the emissions control zone. Breakfast good standard, food available some evenings, good restaurant just across the road. Good value. Parking free.

No drinks facilities in the room, bedding was man-made fibres and not too comfortable.

Our room was above the pub, so the cigarette smoke goes up to our room, I treid to open the windows but since it's winter and it's cold outside it didn't help! We didn't sleep that good. The music was way too loud, saturday night, or should I say untill 24u middle of the night the music is still playing too hard. The Hallway also smells bad from the smoke. Sunday morning we had brakfast and there is no milk for the coffee, shameful and we paid for it. We are very disappointed. If they wanted to have more guest in the future they should pay attention on this problem.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with double beds. the location is favorable and unbeatable. - Close to Friedenskirche Efferen Evangelical Church and truly enjoyed this place.
